Booking terms
- Check in from 12pm on the day of arrival, unless agreed otherwise.
- Check out by 11am. Later than 11am is charged as an extra night, unless agreed otherwise.
- Deposit. Once your dates and price are agreed, a 5% deposit secures the booking. The balance is due before your dog’s stay begins.
- Payment by cash, bank transfer or card.
- Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the booking may be payable.
- Early drop-off or late collection is subject to availability. Any extra charge is agreed with you beforehand.
